Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Cultshot Craft, operated from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Order Processing

Most of our products are handmade and made to order. Some items may require several production stages, including 3D printing, assembly, finishing, and resin curing.

Orders are normally prepared within 3 to 5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or Ontario statutory holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Although some orders may be ready sooner, the 3-to-5-business-day timeframe allows us to complete and inspect each product properly.

Processing may take longer during holidays, sales, unusually busy periods, or for large, customized, or complex orders. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• Canada

• Mexico

• Australia

• New Zealand

We do not currently ship to the United States or countries in Asia.

Available destinations may change due to carrier availability, customs requirements, service interruptions, or other operational considerations. If a country or postal code cannot be selected at checkout, shipping is not currently available to that location.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped primarily through:

• Chit Chats and its partner carriers

• Canada Post

For international orders shipped through Chit Chats International Tracked, final delivery may be completed by the destination country’s postal operator, including Correos de México, Australia Post, or New Zealand Post.
