RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are handmade, 3D printed, made to order, or personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personalization details entered incorrectly by the customer.

Please review all product details, measurements, colors, options, and personalization information carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if production has not yet started. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at cultshotcraft@gmail.com. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us at cultshotcraft@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances. If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Personalized and Custom Products

Personalized products, custom orders, and products made according to the customer’s selections or specifications cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the order.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings. Minor variations in color, texture, and layer lines are normal characteristics of 3D printed products and are not considered defects.

European Union Customers

If an order is shipped to the European Union, applicable consumer withdrawal rights will be respected. Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized may be exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

For products that qualify for the 14-day withdrawal right, the customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order. The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at cultshotcraft@gmail.com.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
